P6-PT
The P6-PT is a professional specification designed to cut effortlessly through porcelain and other hard tiles, including 20mm exterior paving. Sizes 150mm and above perform better when used wet.
DP16841 is suitable for use on hand held angle grinders.
DP16850 and DP16851 are produced with a conventional continuous rim and laser cut expansion slots for use on table and bridge saws.
Premium wet diamond cores designed for drilling into concrete & reinforced concrete using suitable diamond drilling machines that run at appropriate speeds. The machine speed is mainly dependant on the core size and strength of the concrete. Ideally a drilling rig stand is recommended as this can be fixed down to ensure there is no movement in the set-up. However, for smaller diameters it is possible to use a hand-held diamond drilling machine. A constant flow of water of up to 4 litres per minute is advisable on most reinforced concrete applications, so direct mains water feed is recommended. The P5-WC wet cores can also be used to drill hard natural stones.
