P6-LMCM

combo construction blades for concrete & asphalt
performance level - professional

The main priority of the P6-LMCM is to give exceptional productivity and the lowest cost per cut in concrete and asphalt. It can be used on the hardest of concrete through to building materials and asphalt without compromising cutting speed or blade life. Deep draft segments protect the steel core when cutting deeper into asphalt and abrasive materials.

Usage Advice:

  • Make certain the blade is suitable for the material before cutting.
  • Guide the blade straight into the material.
  • Do not use unnecessary pressure, the weight of the machine is sufficient.
  • Carry out a slight pendulum movement (forwards, backwards).
  • If cutting speed reduces you can re-sharpen (dress) diamond segments by making several passes into a highly abrasive material such as a 3-Newton concrete or cinder (breeze) block.

Standards

  • EN13236: European Standard that regulates the safety requirements for super abrasive (diamond) products
  • The Organisation for the safety of Abrasives (osa): Members of osa have to imply strict manufacturing, quality and safety procedures in accordance to EN13236.
