VACUUM BRAZED DIAMOND COATED BOOT MULTI-TOOL BLADE

Manufactured using industrial grade synthetic diamonds directly adhered to the blade body for maximum exposure, the boot shaped design of the ST-MT-DBT allows for faster cleaner cuts and better access to those diffi cult to reach areas, when removing tile grout, or cutting materials such as soft ceramic tiles, fi bre cement board and plaster.

Usage Advice:

  • Always wear the appropriate PPE
  • Make sure that the blade is the correct fi tting for your machine
  • Ensure you select the correct blade for your task
  • Avoid using excess pressure when cutting. Trying to force the blade to cut will reduce the speed of cut and overheat the blade
  • Excessive heat build up can damage the blade
  • When using the ST-MTB-DBT to remove tile grout, ensure that the blade is narrower than the grout line, to avoid damage to the tiles
  • When using the ST-MTB-DBT to remove tile grout, it can be benefi cial to mask the edge of the tiles using masking tape, to reduce the risk of chipping the tiles
